Dr. Candice Macri is not the average doctor.  That is why patients love her!  Dr Macri is a lifelong resident of Union Township, New Castle, Pa.   She is a proud graduate of Union High School, where she was co-valedictorian.  Dr. Marci attended Mercyhurst College on a full scholarship.  After finishing her B.S., she was accepted into The New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts.  Dr. Macri carried out her internship at Vicenza, Italy.

  Dr. Macri began her professional optometry career in Youngstown, Ohio.  In 2002 she helped design the build of the practice Dr. Candice J. Macri, as your neighborhood Optometrist.  (Posted picture is only for fun with Dr. Macri's one dog needing full attention.  He loves this!  This is not an actual exam or patient)

  Dr. Macri continues with efforts in helping all of Lawrence County in her contributions to many organizations.  Dr. Macri has been a member of the Union Lion's Club for years in helping the Local Community and Internationally.  For the last several years she has served as the local Union Lion's Club Secretary

  Dr. Macri became part of the K-Dogs Kidz Mission in 2017, that works with PA & Ohio children.  Now as part of their non-profit, she serves as the K-Dogs Kidz Mission Leader for Lawrence County.
